About the Role This position allows you to partner with team members and key stakeholders to provide incredible customer experiences at our Rothschild branch.

Responsibilities

Proactively greet customers at the door, establishing a positive interaction.

Act as a customer ambassador for the bank, providing a high‑quality customer experience.

Build and maintain relationships across various products, demonstrating advanced knowledge of consumer, commercial, and deposit banking products.

Utilize banking software and systems to assist customers with deposits, loan payments, withdrawals, and other transactions.

Verify all check and deposit amounts for accuracy and ensure proper endorsement procedures are followed.

Maintain cash levels in the drawer with minimal errors or variances.

Perform debit card maintenance, write‑offs, and reorders for lost cards and fraud.

Use the institution’s customer relationship management software (e.g., Synapsys) to log all sales activities.

Assist customers with digital banking needs via mobile app technology, including e‑statements, mobile deposits, and transfers.

Obtain private customer information, signatures, and required documentation for account openings and maintenance.

Follow policies for opening, closing, and maintaining consumer and business accounts, including handling legal documentation.

Actively build relationships and promote banking products, generating qualified referral pipelines for business partners.

Navigate retail sales by listening to customer needs and matching them with appropriate bank products.

Work a full‑time schedule averaging 40 hours per week, with hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. CST Monday‑Friday and 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. CST Saturdays.

Maintain a high standard of customer service, adhering to company policy and regulations.

About You You do what is right over what is easy, and you bring the following qualifications and attributes:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) – preferred.

Experience in customer service, cash handling, and retail banking.

Commitment to learning, growth, and continuous improvement.

Ability to recognize impact on customer experience across your role.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills.

Knowledge of retail banking products and the ability to advise customers accordingly.
