Partner Marketing Coordinator – WorldVia Travel Network
This role reports to the Marketing Manager and primarily supports our Trade Sales/Partner Relations team by executing partner marketing campaigns, managing event sponsorship deliverables, and ensuring the seamless delivery of contracted assets. The ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented marketer with strong communication skills and a collaborative, data-informed approach.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution: Coordinate rollout of partner marketing campaigns (website content, landing pages, email, webinars, content, events, social media); manage timelines, deliverables, asset approvals; track and report on campaign performance and ROI.
Partner Support: Serve as point of contact for assigned travel partners for day-to-day marketing and sponsorship needs; assist with delivery of contracted assets; maintain up-to-date partner profiles and promotions in the CRM.
Event Coordination: Support planning and execution of partner-sponsored events (virtual and in-person); coordinate logistics, invitations, and follow-up communications to drive advisor participation.
Sales Enablement: Collaborate with Trade /Partner Relations team to develop collateral and presentations; assist in tracking partner sales activities and updating CRM records accurately.
Reporting & Insights: Monitor campaign and sponsorship metrics; provide updates and recommendations; stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Trade Sales/Partner Relations, Member Development, Member Success, and Technology teams to ensure seamless execution of partner campaigns and programs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1+ years of experience in marketing, events, or partnership support (internships included)
Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with CRM systems, email marketing tools, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop), Canva, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and follow-through
Interest in the travel industry and eagerness to learn
