This Role Is Tailor‑Made For You You are a critical leadership partner to the GM/AGM, guiding store staff toward growth and an extraordinary customer experience. You manage day‑to‑day operations, develop sales and service skills, and create a highly productive environment.
A Day In The Life Typical activities include monitoring sales targets, overseeing client relationship development, setting clear goals, holding the team accountable to high standards, and building a world‑class talent team.
To Land This Role
Undergraduate degree (business or fashion‑related discipline a plus)
2–4 years of management experience in luxury or service‑driven environment
Prior experience as a manager (a plus)
Proven track record of success
Open availability for a flexible work schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts
Occasional overnight travel may be required
Physical capability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform required movements

Compensation Base salary range: $23.00 USD – $23.00 USD, based on experience and location.
