About The Job The Vice President, Revenue Operations will lead the strategic coordination and operational planning for the Turning Point Brands selling organization, providing scalable growth to maximize revenue opportunities. This role creates a unified, data‑driven plan between Brand Marketing and Sales, driving brand growth and delivering revenue targets. The position requires coordination with cross‑functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
Essential Functions
Lead end‑to‑end Go‑to‑Market (GTM) planning and execution strategies to meet revenue targets.
Partner with Brand Marketing to translate brand strategy into actionable sales plans and execute wholesale & trade programs.
Design and manage Sales Incentive Plans (SIP) and oversee commercial tech stack (e.g., Salesforce) and tooling.
Deploy commercial strategy, partnering with Sales and Finance on initiatives such as pricing optimization, territory design, and revenue growth management.
Project manage GTM cycle plans through completion and provide data‑driven commercial insights.
Lead the full Revenue Operations team, driving improvements and automation in sales support processes.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
8‑10 years of experience in trade marketing, sales planning, or go‑to‑market strategy within FMCG/CPG.
Strong understanding of retail dynamics, trade programs, field sales execution, and category management.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful go‑to‑market strategies for new and existing products.
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and leveraging insights for decision‑making.
Experience presenting GTM strategies to large audiences.
Experience working with cross‑functional teams and influencing at all organizational levels.
Knowledge of and compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and Company policies, including FDA regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
Master of Business Administration (MBA) or other advanced degree.
