About the Role We are seeking an experienced and bilingual Director of Warehouse Operations to lead and optimize our multi-site warehouse and fulfillment operations. This strategic leadership role involves overseeing in‑house and 3PL performance, driving efficiency, managing budgets, and shaping the company’s long‑term supply chain strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee both self‑operated and 3PL warehouse performance, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and high service quality.
Design and implement effective warehouse management processes to increase capacity and reduce costs.
Monitor, analyze, and leverage operational data to improve warehouse systems and performance.
Partner with executive leadership to define business strategies, considering market trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs.
Lead multiple projects simultaneously, including vendor management, contract negotiations, and system upgrades.
Optimize operations to reduce property damage, loss, and return‑related costs.
Manage overall budgets for fulfillment centers, transportation, and capital projects.
Direct upgrades and expansions of fulfillment centers to support company growth.
Implement warehouse management system (WMS) improvements to streamline workflows and enhance customer service.
Report and present financial results, performance metrics, and strategic goals to executives and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies and foster a high‑performing, engaged team culture.
Qualifications
Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English
is required.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
10+ years of logistics and warehouse management experience.
5+ years of senior leadership experience managing multi‑site fulfillment centers.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, policies, and best practices.
Proven ability to deliver strategic assessments and drive operational improvements.
Hands‑on experience in project management, process engineering, systems integration, and ROI‑driven solutions.
Demonstrated success leading, mentoring, and inspiring high‑performance teams.
Solid understanding of China export policies and international logistics.
Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
Willingness to travel as required.
