Position Summary:
United Democracy Project is hiring a Political Associate for the 2026 election cycle. Length of Employment: November 15, 2025 through December 31, 2026. This individual will assist the senior team in the production of paid political communication.
Responsibilities
Working with the senior team to keep track of deadlines for products including polling, mail, TV, digital and more
Working directly with the Political Director to institute processes and systems to meet deadlines and production schedules
Working with team members to bring greater efficiency to workflow and production of political products
Working with vendors to ensure deliverables are received on time and accurately
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred
1-2 cycles of campaign experience preferred
Excellent organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail
Experience managing multiple processes and deadlines simultaneously
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment that requires flexibility as needs and priorities change
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook required
Commitment to a strong US‑Israel relationship – a must
Compensation and Benefits AIPAC is offering a competitive market base salary between $65,000.00 and $80,000.00 for the position. A job offer within the range will depend on how closely a candidate's skills and experience match the role's requirements. AIPAC also offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package that contributes to employees’ overall total compensation package. We currently work remotely two days a week and in our offices the other three.
