Private Equity Vice President

Boathouse Capital is a Philadelphia-based private equity firm managing $650 million in capital. We invest up to $100 million into high‑growth middle‑market companies, including SaaS/software, technology‑enabled services, and healthcare IT/services companies. Our investment strategy focuses on partnering with management teams to create lasting value and drive accelerated growth, offering flexible capital solutions across both debt and equity on control and non‑control bases.

Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Berwyn, PA for a Private Equity Vice President. The Vice President will be responsible for leading investments in targeted sectors, conducting detailed financial analyses, developing relationships with management teams, and overseeing portfolio companies. Additional responsibilities include deal origination, due diligence, investment structuring, and ongoing performance monitoring of portfolio companies.

Qualifications

Expertise in Private Equity and Investments

Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills

Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with management teams and stakeholders

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred

Proven track record of successful investments and value creation
