Our client, a dynamic financial organization in the investment sector, is seeking an Administrative Assistant II to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant II, you will be part of the U.S. Intermediaries Administrative Team supporting the fulfillment functions of events team and providing direct administrative support to management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent time‑management skills, strong organizational abilities, and a forward‑thinking attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Contract 6‑Months
Pay Range $20 / hr - $22 / hr W2
Responsibilities
Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, calendar management, and management of reports for travel and expenses.
Prepare invoices and other supportive administrative duties.
Support fulfillment requests for the events team, helping in the coordination, management, and delivery of necessary materials for upcoming client events, meetings, and large‑scale organizational events.
File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails.
Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required.
2‑4 years of relevant experience in administrative or executive assistance / support.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work proactively in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
