Requirements
Active California Real Estate License, or ability to get licensed quickly
Entrepreneurial mindset
Confidence in sales, communication, and relationship‑building
Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and coachable mindset
Real estate experience is a bonus—but not required. We provide training and mentorship
Interest in real estate investment or working with investor clients
Resilient, self‑motivated, and hungry to grow

Guide cash buyers through purchasing their investment properties
Build trust‑based client relationships and become their go‑to investment expert
Analyze deals, negotiate offers, and guide clients through the transaction process

Stay informed on market trends and local inventory
Hit your personal sales goals and create a thriving book of business
Prospect daily through a variety of lead sources (calls, texts, email, in‑person) to build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified investors
