About The Role Adage Technologies is seeking a strategic and people-focused Vice President of Operations to lead our global delivery organization. This is a high‑impact leadership role responsible for overseeing how we deliver work to clients — from planning and execution through operational oversight and long‑term scalability.
As VP of Operations, you will drive alignment across project execution, operational performance, and client satisfaction. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional leaders to strengthen our delivery processes, mentor managers across regions, and ensure teams have the structure and support needed to succeed.

What You'll Do
Lead and Manage Delivery Services
Oversee all client‑facing delivery functions.
Ensure successful, on‑time, and on‑budget execution of all projects.
Standardize and optimize delivery processes across teams.
Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Ensure Service Excellence & Client Satisfaction
Build systems and feedback loops to ensure a high level of client satisfaction (NPS/CSAT).
Serve as executive sponsor for key client accounts.
Lead resolution of complex client issues with a solution‑oriented mindset.
Champion quality across all delivered work and solutions.
Optimize Operational Efficiency & Profitability
Lead resource planning and utilization to meet delivery and margin goals.
Implement automation and tools to improve scalability and productivity.
Manage the annual delivery operating budget.
Track and act on key delivery and financial metrics.
Talent Management & Leadership Development
Lead, coach, and support Directors and Managers across delivery functions.
Attract and retain top talent in the U.S. and Colombia.
Build a strong, collaborative, multicultural, and hybrid‑friendly culture.
Develop performance systems, career pathing, and team growth programs.
What You Bring
10+ years of leadership experience in digital delivery, software engineering, or technical consulting.
A proven track record of managing cross‑functional delivery teams in a fast‑paced environment.
Deep understanding of project lifecycle management, client delivery, and business operations.
Experience mentoring senior leaders and building global teams.
Data‑driven, strategic mindset with a focus on outcomes, scalability, and efficiency.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, both internally and with clients.
