TMMG is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to manage as well as conduct all key contract activities for TMMG’s Government and Commercial contracts. Position entails someone with experience in Government contracting, subcontract management, FAR, DCMA, and material purchasing. Essential person has also worked on proposal activities as a contracts manager.

Key responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for contract activities and deliverables.

Align closely with senior management to deliver company strategy and vision.

Manage the full contract cycle, including bid preparation, collaboration with program managers, post‑award budget administration, modifications, option year amendments, and post‑period‑of‑performance transitioning.

Provide expertise in contract negotiations, administration, documentation, and reporting.

Review and ensure compliance on all contract documents (awards, modifications, work orders, purchase orders, subcontracts, NDAs).

Manage multiple task orders and contracts to support current and future projects.

Ensure timely correspondence with government, clients, and internal customers regarding contract information and issues.

Administer subcontractor agreements.

Support proposals, policy reviews and development, audits, cost analysis, and other contract matters.

Assist company in ITAR compliance.

Assist company in Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) compliance.

Regulatory Compliance (FAR/DFARS).

Ensure strict compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS), and other applicable agency regulations.

Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with terms and conditions, flow‑down clauses, and reporting obligations.

Analyze and flow down applicable clauses to subcontractors and vendors.

Ensure thorough reviews of terms and conditions and FAR requirements on teaming agreements and bids.

Support compliance with Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Truthful Cost or Pricing Data (TINA) requirements when applicable.

Proposal and Negotiation Support.

Collaborate with business development, capture, and pricing teams during the proposal and bid process.

Review and interpret RFPs/RFQs to ensure proposal compliance and alignment with contractual requirements.

Draft, negotiate, and manage prime contracts, subcontracts, NDAs, Teaming Agreements, and other contractual documents.

Lead or support negotiations with Government Contracting Officers (COs) and prime contractors.

Support and assist with proposals, ensuring all contractual elements, representations, and certifications are complete and accurate prior to submission.

Post‑Award Management, Audits, and Risk Mitigation.

Track and manage contract deliverables, funding levels, modifications, option exercises, and performance milestones.

Support program and project managers with contractual interpretations and scope management.

Assess contractual risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Provide early warnings on issues related to funding, performance, compliance, or disputes.

Support or lead contract audits, government reviews, and internal assessments.

Ensure proper documentation and support for contract closeout, including final invoices, release of claims, and property disposition.

Manage insurance certificates to ensure adequate coverage as required under the respective contracts.

Internal Collaboration and External Interface.

Serve as the primary interface with Government Contracting Officers (COs), Administrative Contracting Officers (ACOs), DCMA, DCAA, and other oversight agencies.

Regularly interact with government representatives, program managers, and senior management team.

Liaise with internal departments (e.g., finance, legal, compliance, program management) to ensure seamless contract execution.

Strong alignment with senior management to deliver the strategy and vision of the company consistent with core corporate values.

Assist in updating company‑wide contract templates and process improvements as needed.

Support and improve contract requirements of the company through solid analytical and communication skills.

Other relevant duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree, BS or BA.

Must be well‑versed with the federal contracting business, bidding process and system, source selection, and procurement regulations.

Must have working knowledge and experience with federal cost principles, audit standards, and disclosure statements.

Skills and Proficiencies

Possess strong organizational skills to manage complex contracts, relevant documents, modifications, amendments, and other applicable record updates.

Proven strong analytical, numerical and communication skills. The role requires solid analytical and communication skills to support and improve contract requirement.

Proficient in MS Office Suite applications and relevant software or database to produce work, manage contracts and compile data.

Proficiency on Unanet, CostPoint, or ERP highly.
