There is a lot of opportunity for growth for the ideal candidate. This candidate will use their passion for sales and be a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to a new modern way of selling.

Pay

$60,000-$70,000+ OTE

Take qualified, pre-set appointments from setters.

Build rapport and identify the prospect’s needs, pain points, and goals.

Deliver a tailored pitch or demo aligned with the company’s offer.

Handle objections with confidence and professionalism.

Close the sale by securing payment or signed agreement on the call.

Track all leads in the CRM and keep notes updated.

Follow up promptly with warm leads who didn’t close on the first call.

Maintain consistent communication through calls, texts, or emails.

Ensure no qualified lead “falls through the cracks.”

Collaboration with Setters

Give setters feedback on lead quality and appointment fit.

Communicate daily or weekly on what types of prospects convert best.

Work as a team to improve show rates and overall conversion.

Performance & Metrics

Hit or exceed closing percentage goals.

Maintain a strong show-up rate for scheduled calls.

Professional Development

Review call recordings to improve objection handling and pitch flow.

Stay updated on product changes, offers, and sales training.

Maintain strong product knowledge to speak with authority.
