Must Have
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate complex information to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Proven track record in day‑to‑day client management, managing multiple accounts concurrently with unwavering attention to detail.
Strong negotiating and data‑driven insight abilities to showcase performance in a way that aids business outcomes and growth.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to decipher data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Ability to build and nurture client relationships while proactively identifying growth opportunities.
Experience 2+ years of digital marketing/affiliate marketing experience with a focus on performance marketing and client relationship management.
Your Role Manage and grow client relationships by executing data‑driven performance marketing strategies that exceed customer acquisition goals while ensuring seamless cross‑functional collaboration.
Outcomes / Performance Expectations
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, balancing client demands with internal company goals.
Proactively identify and execute opportunities to scale client accounts, consistently achieving or exceeding profitability targets within the first 6 months.
Own the onboarding experience to decrease time‑to‑launch by coordinating with Sales and Operations.
Manage day‑to‑day campaign execution, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned with client KPIs.
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting using clear and compelling insights tailored to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Analyze performance data to optimize strategy in real time, driving better outcomes across client portfolios.
Showcase strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish, develop, and maintain business relationships.
Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, with strong understanding of affiliate marketing, user acquisition strategies, and familiarity with tracking platforms and reporting tools (e.g., Everflow, Tune, HasOffers, Looker).

Total Compensation Base salary is set according to market rates for the nearest major metro and varies based on Launch Potato’s Levels Framework. Your compensation package includes a base salary, profit‑sharing bonus, and competitive benefits. Launch Potato is performance‑driven; once you are hired, future increases will be based on company and personal performance, not annual cost‑of‑living adjustments.
