Ideal Candidate Profile

Active California Bar in good standing

Portable book of business: Minimum $750,000

Strong track record in commercial, employment, or general liability litigation

Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships with private clients and corporate entities

Collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset and interest in cross‑selling within a national, multi‑disciplinary platform

Values autonomy, integrity, and innovation in practice management

First‑round discussion with the firm’s Chief Talent Officer and next‑step integration questionnaire

Preferred experience in complex business and commercial disputes, appellate matters, and trial strategy consulting
