Global Strategic Account Director - Bioprocessing

A global leader in life science and bioprocessing technologies is seeking an experienced Global Strategic Account Director to oversee and expand partnerships with key pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients worldwide.
This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s commercial engagement strategy across bioprocessing systems, single use technologies and process analytics, driving growth through a deep understanding of customer needs, production workflows and end to end biomanufacturing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute global account strategies across top tier pharma and biotech customers
Build long term partnerships that align with customers’ bioprocessing goals and lifecycle needs
Identify new business opportunities across upstream and downstream workflows
Negotiate global framework agreements ensuring commercial alignment across regions
Collaborate with internal stakeholders in R&D, marketing, technical sales and operations to deliver tailored solutions
Provide market intelligence and strategic input to shape portfolio positioning and innovation roadmaps
Ideal Profile
Extensive experience in bioprocessing, biomanufacturing or life science tools with a focus on large scale commercial accounts
Proven track record managing multimillion revenue portfolios or strategic global partnerships
Strong understanding of upstream and downstream bioprocessing workflows, single use technologies or related systems
Exceptional stakeholder management, commercial acumen and strategic influencing skills
Ability to operate in a global matrix organisation and lead cross functional initiatives
Location flexible within Europe or North America
Regular international travel expected
