Digestive Disease Medicine of Central New York (DDM) is a high-quality, individualized gastroenterology practice that has been serving patients in Central New York for over 35 years. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled physician to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a collaborative group focused on providing comprehensive digestive health care. This position works closely with APPs, nurses, and support staff to deliver high-quality care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Compensation Package
550K plus starting salary
50K sign-on bonus
Comprehensive healthcare benefits
4 weeks of PTO plus 1 week of CME and Allowance
2 years to partnership - ASC and Practice ownership available: Expected 700-900K once partner annually
Position Highlights
Clinical Research and trials - firm believers of continued education. Hold Journal Club on the first Tuesday of every month.
No competition in the area
4 days in ASC, 1 day in clinic
15-16 patients daily on average
The call is shared equally for weeknights and weekends.
Rotate 1 full week in the hospital during the day; other weeks strictly clinic/procedures
All rounding is done with the APP. APP takes the first call
