Overview LifeSmiles Dentistry has an opportunity for an experienced Part Time General Dentist in a dentist‑owned, patient‑focused, community‑based group practice located in West Lafayette, IN. The position is a single day work week on Fridays only, with compensation starting at $900/day.
Compensation rates starting at $900/day
Practice type: Solo Dentist supported by Hygienists and Dental Assistants
Billing: PPO/FFS/Medicaid
Lab fees 100% covered by practice
Advanced technology: Overjet AI platform and Sprint Ray 3D printer
Sign‑on bonus available at practice discretion
Multi‑million dollar producing practice
About This Opportunity Our practice is a solo dentist setting with a strong marketing team that drives growth and delivers new patients. You will have full clinical autonomy, responsible for comprehensive care: diagnosis, treatment, follow‑up and maintenance. Our goal is to generate trusted relationships with patients in a consistent, productive environment.
Responsibilities
Educate patients regarding their comprehensive treatment options
Maintain an environment where patients are comfortable and understand their health priorities
Support the growth and development of our teams and practice
Provide exceptional dental care
Qualifications
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
Completion of a post‑doctoral residency program for all specialists
Current or active license in good standing in this state (or eligible to obtain)
Dedication to integrity and achieving the highest standards of ethical patient care
