Overview NCR Voyix is redefining the restaurant technology space – and we’re looking for a high‑performing Mid‑Market Hunter to drive net‑new revenue in Emerging Brands and Enterprise segments. This role is all about winning new business: breaking into high‑value accounts, building relationships with decision‑makers, and closing deals that transform the way restaurants operate.
How You’ll Make An Impact
Own the full sales cycle: from strategic prospecting to signed contracts
Drive outbound activity: cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn outreach – no spray‑and‑pray
Break into target accounts: research, identify pain points, and craft compelling value propositions
Generate and manage pipeline: schedule qualified meetings, run discovery, and close deals
Collaborate cross‑functionally: partner with Marketing on campaigns and provide feedback on messaging
Stay ahead of trends: understand restaurant tech and speak the customer’s language
Report and optimize: participate in pipeline reviews and share ideas to improve conversion
What We’re Looking For
Proven hunter experience: 5+ years in outbound‑focused sales roles (SaaS or restaurant tech preferred)
Track record of success: history of exceeding quota and closing new business
Complex sales expertise: experience managing multi‑stakeholder, enterprise‑level deals with longer sales cycles
Competitive and resilient: love the chase and never back down from rejection
Strong communication skills: articulate, persuasive, and confident in executive conversations
Tech‑savvy: familiar with Salesforce, Sales Engagement tools (SalesLoft/Outreach), and LinkedIn Navigator
