We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Sales Manager‑Fire Sprinkler located in Appleton, WI.
How You Will Contribute As the Sprinkler Service Sales Manager, you will work closely with the Northeast Service Manager to maximize growth of sales and margin dollars with our owner direct sprinkler customers in the Northeast, WI market. You will provide vision and strategic development of sales planning and execution for our sprinkler product lines. You will directly manage a team of sprinkler service sales professionals, establishing sales quotas, providing mentorship to team members and onboarding new sales talent. You will facilitate team meetings to ensure there’s a high degree of cross‑selling and ensure product lines sales are on track. Strategically partner with the Service Operations team to create seamless transitions from sales to operations. This position will also be responsible for meeting with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of the company’s relationship with them. Developing and implementing new sales programs, sales initiatives and marketing campaigns will also be opportunities for the person in this role.
What You Need To Qualify Qualified candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Five years of experience in a service‑related sales position, ideally with some management oversight of team members, is ideal. If you are ready to demonstrate this expertise, Ahern wants you!
