About the Practice Join a high-volume, well-established MD / OD practice dedicated to delivering exceptional eye care in a collaborative medical and surgical setting. We’re seeking a highly skilled Glaucoma Specialist to meet growing patient demand and expand subspecialty services. You'll be part of a team that values clinical excellence and patient-centered care in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Medical degree (MD or DO) with completion of an accredited ophthalmology residency
Fellowship training in glaucoma (preferred but not required for comprehensive role)
Board-certified or board-eligible in Ophthalmology
Licensed (or eligible) to practice in New Jersey
Strong surgical skills with experience in cataract surgery; MIGS and glaucoma procedures a plus
Excellent diagnostic, clinical, and interpersonal skills
Passion for long-term patient care and collaboration with co-managing optometrists
Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
