Job Summary:
The Dual Brand President for Snapology and Class 101 serves as the senior leader responsible for driving growth, operational excellence, and brand performance across two education-focused franchise systems within the Unleashed Brands platform.
This is a platform Brand President role, operating within a shared-services franchisor model, leading each brand’s strategy, financial results, franchisee success, and brand identity in close partnership with centralized support teams across marketing, learning, technology, and operations.
The ideal candidate is a proven franchise executive with deep operational leadership experience who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and is passionate about helping franchisees win.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Vision
Develop and execute the strategic growth plan for both Snapology and Class 101, aligning with Unleashed Brands’ mission to help kids learn, play, and grow.
Define and drive each brand’s long-term positioning, ensuring differentiation and alignment with the overall platform strategy.
Partner closely with the Group President and shared-service leaders to optimize systems, processes, and scalability across brands.
Operational Excellence
Lead all operational aspects of the brands, ensuring excellence in franchise support, training, and field execution.
Drive systemwide performance through a disciplined focus on same-store sales growth (SSSG), franchisee profitability, and customer experience.
Identify and leverage best practices between brands to maximize efficiency within the shared-service model.
Serve as the primary executive relationship manager for franchisees, fostering a high-trust culture of partnership, performance, and accountability.
Collaborate with the Franchise Support, Learning & Development, and Marketing teams to enhance franchisee engagement, onboarding, and system adoption.
Lead franchise advisory councils and communication strategies to ensure alignment between franchisor and franchisee.
Own full P&L responsibility for Snapology and Class 101, ensuring achievement of revenue, EBITDA, and growth targets.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management, ensuring data-driven decisions support growth and profitability.
Build and lead a high-performing team that represents both brands’ missions and operational priorities.
Partner cross-functionally with shared-service leaders to deliver best-in-class support to franchisees.
Champion Unleashed Brands’ core values of service, growth, and excellence while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Skills & Qualifications:
Required
10+ years of progressive leadership experience within a franchise organization.
Proven experience in brand management and operational leadership within a multi-unit or platform franchisor.
Demonstrated success driving systemwide growth, franchisee profitability, and operational consistency.
Strong financial acumen and experience managing full P&L ownership.
Exceptional leadership, relationship management, and communication skills.
Preferred
Experience in education, youth enrichment, or family services industries.
Background leading multiple brands within a shared-services or platform environment.
Demonstrated ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution.
