Serve as the Gainsight platform owner, responsible for architecting plays and customer health metrics Automate ongoing customer outreach to drive product adoption and renewals Design and implement advanced workflows using Gainsight tools and integrations Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into customer success metrics Provide internal training and support for Gainsight users at all levels What is Required (Qualifications)

Gainsight Level 3 Certification or equivalent work‑related experience 3–5+ years of hands‑on Gainsight administration experience or similar Customer Success tools Strong technical knowledge of Gainsight modules and Salesforce data structures Ability to establish integrations between various systems, including Salesforce and financial systems Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non‑technical stakeholders How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with Gainsight PX or in‑product engagement tools Familiarity with analytics tools like Looker, Tableau, or Snowflake Experience supporting a global Customer Success organization We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
