Provide palliative care in an outpatient setting and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Support office- and home-based care as part of a busy, established practice. Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program and nationally certified by ANCC or NCCPA. Board certified or board eligible. Experience in comprehensive geriatric assessment. POLST / Advance Care Directive training. Benefits
