Base pay range $130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

About the Role We’re seeking a dynamic

Director of Operations

to oversee a portfolio of ~50 pizza restaurant locations. This role is designed for a leader who thrives on building great teams, driving operational excellence, and scaling performance across multiple markets.

The

Director of Operations

will be responsible for the overall financial, people, and operational results of the region ensuring every restaurant operates with consistent quality, efficiency, and profitability while maintaining the brand’s standards and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Regional and Area Managers overseeing 50+ pizza locations.

Drive restaurant-level profitability through cost control, labor management, and top-line growth initiatives.

Maintain high operational standards in food quality, service, cleanliness, and brand execution.

Oversee P&L management for all locations; provide strategic input on budgets, forecasting, and performance targets.

Partner with Marketing, Training, and HR to enhance customer acquisition, employee retention, and leadership pipelines.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.

Implement scalable systems and processes to improve operational efficiency and consistency across all locations.

Support new restaurant openings, remodels, and market expansion.

Analyze operational KPIs to identify performance gaps and create action plans for improvement.

Serve as a key member of the leadership team, influencing company-wide strategy and growth.

Qualifications

10+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience, with at least 3–5 years in the pizza category (franchise or corporate).

Proven experience managing 30+ units or more across multiple markets.

Deep understanding of restaurant operations, cost control, and P&L management.

Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Experience with franchise systems, vendor management, and new store development is preferred.
