Role Responsibilities
Identify, schedule, and interview teacher candidates; build networks of external future talent.
Conduct classroom observations, evaluations, and provide feedback that motivates and encourages learning.
Manage team to ensure TLE curriculum is executed in alignment with brand standards.
Use a growth mindset to train, coach and develop for the future.
Listen objectively to employee concerns and plan recommended courses of action.
Build and communicate weekly schedules.
Daily manage classroom ratios.
Manage new hire paperwork and all employee files in compliance with state licensing regulations.
Build and communicate center schedules to ensure appropriate ratios and labor managed to budget.
Ensure all teachers have training compliant with State and TLE requirements.
Customer Focus
Lead tours and enroll prospective families, highlighting key features, curriculum, teacher tenure/quality.
Regularly communicate with families regarding student progress and concerns.
Execute parent pleasers and manage family communication via our Show & Tell App.
Regularly audit and maintain all records and files for students and teachers.
Ensure the physical environment and health/safety standards are full compliance with local and state licensing regulations.
Manage relationships with state licensors and conduct center evaluations.
Responsible for accident/incident reporting, medication management, and monthly emergency safety drills.
Manage new customer administration and files in compliance with state licensing regulations.
Familiar with other financial administrative functions including budgets, P&L statements, and labor percentages.
Requirements
Two or more years of center leadership/management experience highly preferred. At least one year required.
Professional teaching experience with infants to preschool children highly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
CPR and First Aid Certification highly preferred.
Must meet state specific guidelines.
Exceptional professional conduct.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
Enthusiastic, adaptable, work well under pressure.
