With a primary focus on healthcare, you will utilize your expertise to ensure projects are completed efficiently and meet the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities
Provide high-level production supervision for complex projects, ensuring efficient coordination and execution. Assist Project Managers with all aspects of multiple projects ranging from small to large-scale. Coordinate administrative and technical project efforts to ensure cost‑effective execution. Serve as the primary client liaison to ensure satisfaction with project schedules, budgets, and scope of work. Actively manage client budgets, schedules, programs, communications, documentation, administrative tasks, and team assignments. Estimate fees, determine scope of work, and prepare proposals. Prepare and verify the accuracy of contract documents. Incorporate applicable codes and construction techniques across projects, ensuring cross‑discipline integration. Perform site observations and report on existing conditions and construction progress. Handle construction problems and questions, maintaining responsibility for project cost control. Manage external communications, including calls and correspondence with clients, officials, and contractors. Write feasibility studies, condition reports, and recommendations. Perform building code reviews and prepare necessary applications. Make major design decisions involving spatial and aesthetic elements. Document project progression through correspondence and memos, following projects through approvals and construction. Exercise professional judgment in areas of contractual liability and make public presentations. Essential Skills
8+ years of experience as a Project Architect or Design Architect, specifically focused on Healthcare. Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program. Registered licensed architect. Experience with Project Management Software such as Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Revit, and PDF Revu. Proficiency in Revit, CAD, detailing, and building systems. Deep understanding of materials, specifications, and construction methods. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Master of Architecture degree. Experience with Enscape and Bluebeam. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with construction administration and sustainability certifications such as LEED/Green Globes. Work Environment
