Job Overview As the Merchandise Leader, you support the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring the store meets AEO Brand Visual Standards, executing floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and replenishment. You represent company values and bring authenticity to work.
Responsibilities
Execute effective floorset execution by training and coaching the floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store meet floorset standards.
Drive merchandising, sell‑through adjustments, and replenishment to keep the store in top shape.
Partner with the Merchandising Team Leader to maintain AEO Brand Standards and a great guest experience.
Champion a culture of recognition, celebrate wins, and ensure safety standards on the sales floor and stockroom.
Adhere to AEO policies and procedures, reduce shrink, and support brand initiatives.
Qualifications / What Makes You Great For This Role

Strong organizational, attention‑to‑detail, priority‑setting and time‑management skills.
Flexible availability: early morning, late evening, weekends.
Experience with retail merchandising, visual skills, and a history of retail work.
