Vice President of Sales
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Vice President of Sales for a leading wholesale distribution company based in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to advance your career while being a key part of a dynamic and fast-growing company.
Base Salary: $102,000 / year. Bonus opportunity available after successful completion of probationary period. Travel expense reimbursement. Schedule and Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Responsibilities
Manage and re-establish relationships with existing accounts
Identify and pursue new sales channels, accounts, and industry segments
Build, manage, and develop a high-performing sales team
Prepare and deliver monthly sales reports and forecasts
Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute marketing strategies
Represent the company at trade shows and visit customers as needed (travel required)
Serve as a strategic advisor and hands‑on leader in all aspects of the sales process
Qualifications and Requirements
Proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in wholesale distribution
Industry experience with Rent-to-Own businesses or appliance dealers is a strong plus
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to grow and lead sales teams
Self‑starter with strong organizational and strategic planning abilities
Willingness to travel regularly for trade shows and client meetings
Job Type Full‑time, temporary to hire
