Mid Pega System Architect Job Number: R0228985

The Opportunity As a Senior Pega Systems Architect, you will leverage your Pega implementation lessons learned to lead the design, architecture, and development of an enterprise case management system supporting turnover of over 300,000 cases per year from vision to production‑ready solution. You will collaborate with federal government clients, design and build complex Pega applications, integrate with external APIs, implement in Amazon Web Services, and mentor a community of Pega practitioners.

You Have

2+ years of experience building Pega applications using Dev Studio

Experience integrating Pega applications with enterprise-level APIs and data services

Experience with Pega platform version 7.x

Experience working within an Agile environment on a Scrum or team construct

Experience with unit testing, correcting defects, and delivering production‑grade applications

IRS Moderate Risk Background Investigation (IRS MBI)

Bachelor's degree

Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA) Certification

Nice If You Have

Experience with programming languages, including Java, .NET, C#, JavaScript and Node

Experience with the Pega platform version 8.x

Knowledge of Pega Cosmos Themes or a similar UI framework

Vetting Applicants must possess an active IRS Moderate Risk Background Investigation (IRS MBI) and meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client.

Compensation Salary range: $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). Compensation considers location, experience, and other factors. This posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.

Work Model

If this position is listed as remote or hybrid, you will periodically work from a Booz Allen or client site facility.

Salary: $120,275.31 – $163,230.78 (average); expected range $112,800 – $257,000 across locations.
