YOUR ROLE We’re looking for dynamic professionals at the associate consultant, consultant and senior consultant level to support high-impact advisory and development work on Palantir Foundry implementations. This hybrid role blends client-facing consulting with hands‑on technical development, offering a unique opportunity to shape solutions that matter.
Responsibilities
Collaborate directly with clients to solve complex challenges using Foundry
Lead and contribute to technical solution design and implementation
Mentor junior talent and help build a strong, sustainable internal pipeline
What they'll demonstrate
Advise clients on Palantir Foundry solutions and data workflows.
Develop and deploy data pipelines, ontologies, and AI / ML models within Foundry.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and interface directly with clients, often acting as a product owner or proxy.
Upskill junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Adapt skills to other tech stacks as needed.
YOUR PROFILE
Experience in data engineering, data science, or analytics.
Coding proficiency in Python (preferred) or R; SQL alone is insufficient.
Familiarity with scalable cloud tech stacks (AWS, Azure).
Understanding data governance, ontology, and semantic layers is a plus.
Prior hands‑on Palantir Foundry experience is highly preferred; experience with AIP (AI pipeline builder) is a bonus.
Consulting / advisory experience or strong client communication skills.
Must have an awareness of how to Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions to enhance decision‑making, automate processes, and improve operational efficiency across the organization
