Job Summary Mondelez International is seeking a Logistics & Inventory Coordinator to support day-to-day warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations. This role ensures accurate stock alignment between SAP and warehouse management systems, monitors KPIs, and drives continuous improvement in supply chain performance. The ideal candidate has strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with experience in logistics or manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze stock inaccuracies, ensuring accurate alignment between SAP and the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Analyze capacity utilization, performance, and KPIs; implement corrective measures to meet productivity goals.
Collaborate with service providers to ensure on-time and complete deliveries while maintaining quality and HACCP compliance.
Monitor inbound, outbound, co-packing, warehousing, and distribution activities to minimize waste and improve shelf-life management.
Support continuous improvement projects, tenders, and peak management initiatives.
Build and provide full-cost analyses, annual budgets, and identify risks and opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound shipments and communicate with carriers, brokers, and internal departments.
Manage and schedule carrier appointments, follow up on drivers, and build outbound loads.
Receive inbound packaging shipments, maintain warehouse supply inventory, and transfer products between bakery and offsite warehouses.
Keep detailed trailer yard inventories and handle donation, take-home, and animal feed shipments.
Work with inventory clerks to ensure expired packaging is disposed of per company protocols.
Provide on-shift support to warehouse operators and ensure timely truck departures.
Operate telehandler and assist with loading/unloading or as requested by other departments.
Perform general clerical duties for the shipping office as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (advanced level).
Experience in logistics operations, supply chain, or procurement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP R3.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
