WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

Review and process venue, artist and co‑promoter contracts for signature, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Request and manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs), delivering copies to external parties promptly.

Maintain and update the contracts tracking system, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.

Provide weekly update to Capital Region booking team on upcoming contract deadlines.

Provide weekly update to Capital Region booking team on shows played off within the region.

Update the regional event calendar with confirmed events within the Capital Region.

Compile, organize, and maintain digital show folders in BOX.

Process wire deposits and settlement payments for artists and agencies.

Retrieve and provide bank wire confirmations upon request to external stakeholders.

Assist with various projects as needed.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Basic understanding of legal terms and concepts used in artist and venue contracts.

1-2 years of previous administrative work.

Experience using Microsoft Applications.

Excellent organizational, communication and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Fast learner with a strong attention to detail.

Eagerness to support others.

Must work well under pressure and high stress environments.
