We’re looking for a
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
to lead all facets of financial strategy, accounting operations, and organizational growth in an employee‑owned, S‑Corporation environment.
Compensation Base pay range:
$185,000.00 / yr – $195,000.00 / yr
Additional compensation:
Annual bonus and stock options
Responsibilities
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to guide strategic decisions.
Oversee accounting operations, audits, and GAAP/IFRS compliance.
Drive cash‑flow optimization, capital structure management, and long‑term profitability.
Manage ESOP administration, valuations, and compliance with IRS and DOL standards.
Ensure S‑Corporation compliance, including shareholder distributions and reporting.
Advise executive leadership on strategic investments, growth opportunities, and risk management.
Build and develop a high‑performing finance and accounting team.
Maintain strong relationships with banks, auditors, and external partners.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CPA preferred).
10+ years of progressive financial leadership, ideally in an ESOP or S‑Corp setting.
Proven success as a CFO, VP of Finance, or senior financial executive.
Deep expertise in financial modeling, analysis, and business strategy.
Strong communication and board‑presentation skills, with executive presence.
