Role Overview Senior Tax Manager to manage a national client list, delivering high‑quality tax services, complex issue resolution, and client advisement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client portfolio, consistently delivering high‑quality service.
Ensure accuracy and compliance of the preparation, review, and timely filing of all tax forms.
Provide tax provision preparation, review, and support to clients on complex engagements.
Enhance efficiency across project initiatives.
Provide mentorship and supportive guidance to team members.
Stay up to date with tax regulations, conduct diligent research, and provide consultation on intricate tax matters.
Contribute to business development and departmental efficiency enhancements.
Required Qualifications
CPA or EA license
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
10+ years of public accounting experience
Experience managing and interacting with clients through a variety of channels
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail
Proficiency with tax preparation and accounting software
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks, CCH Axcess, Thomson Reuters, or UltraTax
Substantial knowledge of 1040, 1041, partnerships, S‑Corporations, and 1099
Experience with high net‑worth individuals, trusts & estates, state tax, and pensions
Location & Work Arrangement Fully remote or hybrid out of Bellevue, WA. No travel required.
