Overview

Responsibilities
Demonstrate financial comprehension of the cafe’s budget and P&L.
Execute and develop marketing initiatives.
Develop sales strategies that generate consistent year‑over‑year entrée count growth.
Manage marketing expenses in accordance with the cafe’s budget and forecast models.
Partner across departments to support consistent execution of all systems and processes, delivering products and services that meet Hard Rock’s brand standards.
Market the multi‑product business line (restaurant, retail, live music, and special events) to a diverse guest profile (corporate, tourist, and local).
Foster an environment of customer service where all team members put the guest first in every situation.
Execute established standards for overall guest satisfaction, meeting or exceeding brand standards as determined by objective ranking systems.
Remain an objective observer of service standards, ensuring guest expectations of the brand and cafe are met.
Ideate and execute meetings & events that exceed client expectations.
Assist senior management in attracting and retaining exceptionally talented employees, placing them in positions that leverage their skills for maximum impact.
Define goals and expectations for team members using performance review tools, holding the team accountable for successful performance.
Support team development and advancement along well‑defined career paths.
Serve as a learning coach, developing, implementing, and executing learning & developmental programs for all individuals under stewardship to drive continuous improvement and employee retention.
Possess a self‑motivated approach to personal and professional growth.
Qualifications
5+ years in a sales and marketing role, preferably in a hospitality setting.
Experience with CRM platforms.
Expertise in social media platforms.
Background in the music industry is a plus.
Skills
Ability to learn and bring “out‑of‑the‑box” ideas to the team.
Genuine enthusiasm and aptitude for sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of business acumen and common sense.
Strong problem‑solving skills through diagnosis and implementation of solutions.
Strong communication and listening skills, with excellent speaking, reading, and writing.
Ability to comprehend and use technical or professional language to communicate complex ideas.
Effectively pitch and present information in one‑on‑one and group situations to media, customers, clients, partners, and employees.
Multiple language abilities is a plus; fluency in English required.
Physical Demands
Move throughout the corporate office and cafes during visits (standing, walking, kneeling, bending) for extended periods.
Sit for extended periods.
Make repeating movements of the arms, hands, and wrists.
Express or exchange ideas verbally and perceive sound by ear.
Manual dexterity, hand‑eye coordination, and capability to work with hand above shoulders.
Occasionally move objects (lift, push, pull, balance, carry) up to 10 pounds.
Turn or twist body parts in a circular motion.
Tolerate exposure to heat, cold, chemicals, and loud/noisy environment.
Travel via auto or airplane for long periods.
