Job Summary We are a manufacturing company in Santa Clarita looking to hire a Plant Manager who will be responsible for the overall leadership, strategic planning, and operational performance of the manufacturing site.
Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership for daily plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, safety, and logistics
Develop and implement strategic goals to improve efficiency, throughput, and profitability while maintaining safety and compliance
Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence (Lean, 5S, Kaizen, etc.)
Lead and mentor department managers and supervisors to meet production and delivery goals
Manage plant budgets, cost controls, and KPIs to ensure financial targets are met
Oversee adherence to ISO 9001 / AS9100 quality standards and customer‑specific requirements
Partner with HR to develop workforce planning, training, and performance programs
Coordinate with sales, engineering, and supply chain teams to align customer expectations with production capabilities
Champion safety initiatives and ensure compliance with all OSHA and environmental regulations
Build a strong team culture with a focus on communication, transparency, and respect
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA or equivalent experience a plus)
8+ years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, ERP/MRP systems, and ISO/AS9100 quality systems
Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage large‑scale operations
Exceptional problem‑solving, decision‑making, and leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
