Logistics Specialist
We are seeking a Logistics Specialist to manage inbound and outbound operations with a focus on customs clearance, transportation, and supply chain efficiency. This role ensures smooth shipments, regulatory compliance, and on-time delivery to global customers. Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound/outbound shipments and maintain inventory accuracy. Oversee customs clearance, HS codes, and tax/export compliance. Coordinate with freight forwarders and couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, trucking) for timely, cost-effective deliveries. Prepare and maintain shipping and customs documentation. Monitor logistics performance, identify issues, and drive process improvements. Fulfillment and processing of shipping orders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure supply chain stability and efficiency. Qualifications
Fluent in Mandarin and English. Strong knowledge of customs procedures and international logistics. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field. Hands‑on experience with customs clearance, global shipping, and ERP systems (SAP preferred). Highly detail‑oriented, organized, and adaptable; thrives in fast‑paced manufacturing environments.
