Workplace Experience Coordinator – Boston, MA

About the Role As a CBRE Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will deliver a world‑class customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building. You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and guests, provide support across the building, and coordinate workplace services.

What You’ll Do

Serve as first point of contact for all entrants, greeting them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor and issuing visitor and parking passes per security protocol.

Answer the telephone professionally, create presentations, and speak to groups of varying sizes.

Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of requestors.

Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders and coordinate workplace services such as mail, office supplies, and onboarding.

Acknowledge inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co‑workers, providing solutions in a professional and customer‑service‑driven manner.

Organize and manage on‑site events, securing space, setting up and tearing down rooms, and delivering supplies.

Follow property‑specific security and emergency procedures and notify appropriate parties to ensure safety.

Coordinate with workplace vendors for services or goods.

Explain detailed or complex information to team members; follow specific directions as given by management.

Apply existing procedures to solve routine problems, exercising limited discretion.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED (minimum) with up to 2 years of job‑related experience; a minimum of 3–4 years of front‑desk, concierge, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to follow basic work routines and standards, comprehend instructions, and ask clarifying questions.

Open and flexible work schedules; ability to work significant walking, standing, reaching, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling; lift up to 40 lbs.

Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
