As a Graphic Designer at 360PR+, you produce an array of content for digital platforms, client initiatives, and events. Your work is polished and fresh. In this role, you’ll work directly with our creative team, reporting directly to the Associate Creative Director. Your team collaborates closely with the agency’s PR/Earned Media, Influencer Marketing, and Digital services to develop ideas and deliver visual assets for client campaigns, initiatives, and new business proposals.
Key Responsibilities & Experience
Developing compelling visual assets, including graphics, illustrations, and animations, to support client campaigns and agency initiatives
Creating, editing, and producing quality video and photos for social media, websites, campaigns, and presentations
Editing and retouching photos using software, including Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
Collaborating with the agency’s best-in-class creative services team, you contribute original ideas that help bring client campaigns to life
Adding a creative flair and design polish to new business pitch decks and other materials to help sell our team’s thinking to clients and prospects
Ensuring seamless organization and communication across projects, initiatives, and collaborations with both team members and clients
Attributes

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong proofreading skills
You have an eye for detail and precision in your designs
You are highly proficient at project management
You have strong problem‑solving skills

You set high visual standards for design, video, and photography, ensuring quality of work across all mediums.
Qualifications
Graphic Designers at 360PR+ typically have 1‑2 or more years of experience
Experience in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Arts, or related in an agency setting
Experience with design for social media platforms, including specifications for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others
Experience working with consumer brands and services is a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and remain flexible in a fast‑paced environment
Commitment to team success
Familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, Lightroom, Firefly, and Express
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Compensation and Benefits Base Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000
Base salary will depend on numerous factors, including but not limited to experience, location, training, associated responsibilities, education, and other business and organizational needs. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire. Candidates who feel they are well‑suited for the position but have salary requirements outside the range are encouraged to inquire about the position.
