Job Description We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team. Professional degree in architecture, five years plus in related project management experience. Fully competent in all conventional aspects of architecture. Responsible for project financial performance and team communication. Manage one or more projects during all phases of the project to completion.
Responsibilities
Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards.
Assist in developing project scope, budget, and strategic plans for project success.
Coordinate all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects.
Manage budget, schedule, project communications, and documentation.
Prepare, participate and/or lead client presentations.
Lead and guide project team members, including consultants, through all project phases.
Maintain client relationships.
Incorporate sustainable design solutions into projects.
Keep organized and check your work for accuracy, omissions, and legibility.
Skills
Advanced knowledge of architectural building systems.
Advanced knowledge of sustainability and LEED guidelines.
Ability to manage multiple projects of complex scope.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
5+ years related experience in an architectural firm with project management experience in all project phases.
Licensed Architect with current registration.
