Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs, formulating systems to parallel overall business strategies. The selected candidate will write detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs. The role entails a blend of 70% Business Analysis and 30% Project Management tasks including scheduling calls and facilitating meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end data analysis for tire program lifecycle.
Develop and maintain reporting dashboards for key stakeholders.
Transform complex data sets into actionable business insights.
Structure and analyze unorganized data sources.
Execute full project lifecycle management, including comprehensive documentation, stakeholder alignment, and cross‑functional team coordination.
Must-Have Skills
Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation.
Proven stakeholder management capabilities.
