What You’ll Do: The Broker Services Coordinator ensures smooth day-to-day operations of our high-end real estate offices. This detail-oriented individual coordinates all front desk responsibilities with an elevated level of customer service, broker support, office presentation, marketing assistance, and event coordination.
Carry out general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining daily organization.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting visitors, answering calls, and connecting clients with brokers promptly and professionally.
Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment — ensuring conference rooms are neat, stocked with supplies, and ready for use.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, distributing items to brokers’ offices or mailboxes.
Run and submit month-end reports to the corporate team.
Operate and maintain office equipment, including computers, copiers, and postage systems.
Prepare and distribute monthly Broker Floor Duty Calendars and send daily morning messages to the team.
Assist the Branch Broker and Corporate Team with meeting coordination, invitations, agendas, and refreshments for office events.
Support onboarding and training by mastering company platforms such as FlexMLS, Marq, and Office 365, serving as a knowledgeable resource for brokers and team members.
The ideal candidate maintains consistent professional attendance, demonstrates a proactive and cooperative attitude, and supports SSF’s Mission and Vision while learning the behind-the-scenes intricacies of the real estate industry.
Minimum Requirements
Front desk or administrative experience preferred.
Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Skilled at managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and maintaining professionalism and exceptional customer service.
Outstanding attention to detail, interpersonal communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability to collaborate with a variety of internal and external partners while fostering positive relationships.
Experience managing multi-step projects from concept through completion.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
Spanish fluency preferred.

5-day workweek (Tuesday - Saturday 9am–5 pm) with flexibility for office events
