Joon is seeking a
Barback
with experience and availability to support the team as a
Busser/Runner as needed.
What we’re looking for
At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar (preferred) A team player with good communication skills Reliable, efficient, and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to lift heavy items and stay on your feet during shifts Passion for hospitality and learning about food, wine, and cocktails
Responsibilities Support bartenders by restocking liquor, beer, wine, mixers, glassware, and ice Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked at all times Remove trash and recyclables as needed Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety Help with opening and closing duties of the bar Assist bartenders during busy service to ensure smooth operations Other support duties to Front of House as needed, including running food to tables during peak hours and bussing tables as needed.
