Proven experience in implementing BPM solutions with Camunda . Strong understanding of BPMN 2.0, DMN, CMMN, and workflow modeling principles. Proficiency in Java and related technologies; familiarity with Spring Boot is an asset. Experience integrating JBPM tools with enterprise systems using APIs and messaging frameworks. Knowledge of database technologies (e.g., Casandra, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and data modeling. Ability to analyze and optimize complex business processes with attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments preferred.
