What You Will Do

Order materials

Operate a forklift or Lull to move and load materials

Schedule and support delivery of materials and equipment (generators, transformers, switchgear)

Receive copy of order acknowledgements, compare to packing slips

Check deliveries for damage and accuracy, document damaged material

Deliver material to Foreman

Coordinate with Foremen when material cages are ready to swap out return

Maintain organized material staging area and coordinate returns

Transport electrical materials in a safe, responsible manner

Work with all team members to accomplish the daily shipping schedule

Assist with jobsite clean off with the Warehouse Manager and Field Supervisors

Perform additional ad hoc responsibilities as assigned including but not limited to various office and warehouse/yard projects

What You Will Bring

Be familiar with materials used in electrical construction

Have solid experience operating a forklift or material handling Lull

Have a strong desire to learn and be teachable

Have experience ordering, organizing, and moving large and small electrical construction materials

Be physically able to raise, lower, push, pull, or move objects weighing over 75 pounds

Be at least 18 years of age with a High School diploma or GED

Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem solving and customer service skills

Possess strong interpersonal skills in order to work in a diverse and fast-paced environment

Have a clean Motor Vehicle Record

Exercise independent judgment and be motivated to grow and develop professionally

Be able to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical
