As a Senior Front End Software Engineer, you will lead the development of sophisticated, user-facing web applications that drive seamless digital experiences. You will collaborate with product, design, and backend engineering teams to architect scalable solutions, deliver performant interfaces, and ensure exceptional usability across platforms. In this role, you will own critical frontend features, contribute to design and code reviews, and mentor other engineers to raise the technical bar. You will play a key part in shaping the user experience, ensuring applications are responsive, accessible, and maintainable, while adopting modern frameworks and best practices. Your work will have a direct impact on product adoption, customer satisfaction, and the overall success of the engineering organization.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain frontend components and applications using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).

Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow.

Participate in architectural discussions, design reviews, and code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.

Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, providing guidance on best practices and coding standards.

Optimize application performance, accessibility, and scalability across platforms.

Ensure frontend solutions align with product requirements and enhance the user experience.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver features on schedule and support product launches.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in frontend development for large-scale web applications.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).

Experience with HTML5, CSS3, SASS/SCSS, and responsive design principles.

Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, Pinia, etc.) and frontend build tools.

Solid understanding of frontend testing frameworks and quality assurance practices.

Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams and mentoring engineers.

Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and performance optimization techniques.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
