High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred. Work Experiences
At least two years of relevant work experience required. Support of people and processes to drive operational excellence and sales targets. Must meet federal and state requirements for selling and processing firearms transactions, in applicable roles. Must meet requirements to qualify to obtain/maintain FOID card (Illinois only). Skills
Excellent customer service orientation; effective problem solver and communicator. Ability to read, interpret, and follow documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, plan-o-grams, and manuals. Prepare routine reports and correspondence. Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form. Working knowledge of inventory software, order processing systems, and Microsoft Office products. Meet federal and state requirements for firearms transactions, if applicable. Qualify to obtain/maintain FOID card (Illinois only). Complete Firearms Sales Certification Training, if applicable. Physical Requirements & Attendance
Acceptable hearing and vision to perform duties. Adhere to work hours, policies, and procedures. Stand, walk, reach, handle, and lift up to 20 pounds constantly. Stooping, crouching, grasping, and lifting 21-40 pounds frequently. Sitting, climbing, balancing, and lifting 41-60 pounds occasionally. This is a full-time position. Equal Employment Opportunity
