The Opportunity As part of the CCM team, you advise clients at every stage of a transaction, identifying and articulating key issues related to pricing and deal‑closing mechanics. As a Senior Associate you analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards. You focus on building client relationships, developing a deeper understanding of the business context, and navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and technical skills.
Responsibilities

Identify and articulate key issues related to pricing and deal‑closing mechanics.
Analyze intricate problems and develop solutions.
Mentor and guide junior team members.
Maintain elevated standards in every deliverable.
Build and sustain client relationships.

Navigate complex situations to enhance personal brand and technical skills.
What You Must Have Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum Years of Experience: 3 years

The salary range for this position is $77,000 – $202,000, plus annual discretionary bonus. For Maryland‑based roles this is the listed range.
