Delta Faucet Company Network Engineer

The Network Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the company's network infrastructure operates efficiently, securely, and with minimal downtime. This role has a special focus on wireless networking and network automation, helping to modernize and streamline our enterprise environment while ensuring a reliable, highly available, and secure enterprise network. As a core member of the Infrastructure Team, the Network Engineer will support day-to-day operations and play a key role in advancing wireless and automation capabilities. This includes working with Cisco Catalyst Center, Ansible, and other tools to automate network patching and lifecycle management. The engineer will collaborate across IT, OT, and Security teams to optimize performance, strengthen security posture, and support both run-the-business operations and central initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, maintain, monitor, and document enterprise network solutions across LAN, WAN, WLAN, and hybrid cloud environments. Lead wireless networking initiatives, including design, deployment, and optimization of Cisco wireless controllers, access points, and related infrastructure. Drive automation of network patching and configuration management using Cisco Catalyst Center, Ansible, and Python scripting. Administer and maintain Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama for centralized security management. Support Cisco ISE for identity and access control, and Meraki SD-WAN for branch connectivity. Work with partners from different functions (OT Network, IT Security, Infrastructure, Audit, etc.) to align solutions with business and compliance needs. Administer and maintain Cisco switches, routers, and related infrastructure. Contribute to project planning and execution, ensuring targets and assignments are completed. Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging network technologies to support continuous improvement. Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure successful delivery of both operational support and project outcomes. Support cloud networking (AWS, Azure) and hybrid integration as needed. Monitor network performance and resolve issues across LAN/WAN/WLAN environments. Document network configurations, diagrams, and procedures. Required Qualifications
3+ years of enterprise networking experience in multi-site environments. Strong expertise of Cisco networking (routing, switching, wireless). Experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama. Familiarity with Cisco Catalyst Center (DNA Center), ISE, and Meraki SD-WAN. Demonstrated experience with network automation (Python, Ansible, or equivalent). Solid understanding of wireless networking (802.11 standards, RF fundamentals). Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills. Proficient in communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical team members. Preferred Qualifications
Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent). Palo Alto Networks certifications (PCNSA, PCNSE). Hands-on experience with network monitoring and assurance tools. Experience with Cisco wireless design, RF planning, and performance optimization. Experience implementing automated patching solutions for network infrastructure. Knowledge of cloud networking (AWS VPC, Azure VNET, ExpressRoute, etc.). Awareness of VoIP and Microsoft Teams collaboration tools. Why Join Us?
