Design evidence-based injury prevention programs
Conduct comprehensive physical assessments
Create individualized strength and conditioning plans
Implement nutrition and wellness education initiatives
Medical Management
Provide immediate sideline care and injury evaluation
Develop and oversee rehabilitation programs
Coordinate with healthcare providers for continuity of care
Maintain detailed medical documentation and injury reports
Program Leadership Collaborate with coaching staff to optimize training methods Educate athletes, parents, and coaches on sports safety Manage athletic training facilities and equipment Ensure compliance with UIL regulations Compensation & Benefits: Starting Salary: $65,000 Comprehensive healthcare package Professional development opportunities School breaks and holidays Retirement benefits Location: North Texas (On-site) Required Qualifications: Bachelor's in Athletic Training, Sports Medicine, or related (Master's preferred) 35 years athletic training experience BOC certification and Texas licensure CPR/AED/First Aid certification Spanish bilingual preferred Compensation details:
